Terms and Conditions: Apply whenever an order is placed by you.

If you do not agree to be bound by these terms, then you may not use the Web Site and please do not place an order.
You will be asked to agree these terms each time before placing an order and proceeding to payment page.

Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.

Use of the Website
The website www.thinkishould.co.uk (URL) is provided by Think I Should. Where there is reference to “we” “our” and “us” shall be deemed to be reference to Think I Should.

Where there is reference to “your” or “you” it shall be deemed as a reference to the person placing an order via this website.

The content, style, structure, materials, program coding of www.thinkishould.co.uk are the property of Think I should and must not be copied, downloaded, broadcast, published or adapted in anyway without our written consent and/or except as permitted under applicable law.

We aim to ensure the information we place on the website is not misleading. However, we make no warranty or representation, whether express or implied, in relation to the accuracy of such information or any transaction on the website including not limited to implied warranties of non-infringement, compatibility, security, accuracy, conditions of completeness, or any implied warranty arising from course of dealing or usage or trade.

We make no warranty that the website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free; or defects on the website will be corrected; or
the site or the server that make it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy or reliability of the website.

We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the website.
We reserve the right to change, withdraw or deny access to the website at any time and to remove any posting or information uploaded onto the website.

Orders
The steps required by you to enter into a contract with us are that you place your order for the products by clicking on the pay now button at the end of the checkout process once your product information, payment details and personal information have been submitted.

 

Note that payments are processed securely on our behalf by PayPal, Think I should does not store your financial information. 

You will be shown our ordering process by our website and its instructions. Please ensure that your order details are correct.
Once you have submitted an order, we will send you an automated acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. This email acts simply as confirmation that your order has been submitted and will be processed by us, not that the order is confirmed or accepted.

A further email will be sent to you when your ordered products have been dispatched by either by courier or via Royal Mail.

Please note all orders are subject to availability. We will inform you by email as soon as possible if the product you have ordered is not in stock. 
Non dispatched items may arise from a number of reasons including.

  • Not being able to take payment from you;
  • A pricing or product description error on our behalf
  • Unavailability of stock

Returns Policy

Returns – Non Faulty Goods
We offer a no quibble returns policy , there is no problem returning any item if you decide you do not want to keep. Please notify Think I Should office within seven days of receiving goods. If you decide to return your goods to us you are responsible for the return shipping costs. All goods must be returned in condition purchased, boxed and with tags on.

Refunds are made by the same method used for purchase.

Under the terms of the distance selling directive you as the customer have a duty of care for the product whilst it is in your possession ,
If products are damaged by you and subsequently returned, a charge will be made to repair the product to its original condition. Please be aware that where repair is not economically viable no refund will be made. Your legal rights are not affected.

General Conditions
We reserve the right to adjust delivery costs at point of processing order if customer has selected the incorrect shipping item at time or ordering. Goods will only be dispatched after a confirmed payment has been received.

Think I Should will not accept any liability for late delivery of the goods and delivery time.

Think I Should will not accept liability for non-delivery, where this is caused by circumstances beyond its control. All risks shall pass to the consumer upon delivery.

If you receive the incorrect order, or damaged goods please email or call us within 7 working days of receiving your order and we will send out a replacement or refund you in full once we have inspected the goods.

If an order is cancelled once payment has been made, a £5 administration fee may be deducted from the refund. If cancelled after sending the customer will incur the postage costs.
